Stuffed Chicken Breast with Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 500g of grass fed chicken breast
  • 200g of minced meat
  • 100g of carrots, diced
  • 150g of cauliflower, chopped
  • 150g of broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • In a bowl, mix the minced meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff it with the minced meat mixture.
  • In a large bowl, toss the diced carrots, chopped cauliflower, and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and surround them with the mixed vegetables.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F) and the vegetables are tender.
