Stuffed Chicken Breast with Veggies
Ingredients:
- 500g of grass fed chicken breast
- 200g of minced meat
- 100g of carrots, diced
- 150g of cauliflower, chopped
- 150g of broccoli, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff it with the minced meat mixture.
- In a large bowl, toss the diced carrots, chopped cauliflower, and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and surround them with the mixed vegetables.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F) and the vegetables are tender.
