Garlic naan recipe

Ingredients:
- 250g of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of active dry yeast
- 150ml of warm water
- 2 tbsp of plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 3 tbsp of melted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing bowl
- Rolling pin
- Skillet
- Baking sheet
- Pastry brush
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add the warm water and yogurt to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll each portion out into a teardrop shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and place one naan on the skillet.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the hot naan with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic and coriander leaves.
- Repeat the process for the second naan.
