Quick Crab Soup
Ingredients:
- 200g of fresh crab meat
- 500ml of chicken broth
- 100ml of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the chicken broth, coconut milk, garlic, and ginger over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add the fresh crab meat and soy sauce, stirring gently for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
