Quick Crab Soup

Ingredients:

  • 200g of fresh crab meat
  • 500ml of chicken broth
  • 100ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • measuring cups

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine the chicken broth, coconut milk, garlic, and ginger over medium heat.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Add the fresh crab meat and soy sauce, stirring gently for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  • Stir in the lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
