Ingredients:
- 200g of pasta
- 100g of tomatoes, diced
- 50g of onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch of ginger, grated
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp of garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Boil the pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes and green chili. Cook until tomatoes soften, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the pasta and mix gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
