Spicy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200g of spaghetti
- 300g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small red chili, chopped
- 50ml of olive oil
- 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 20g of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- skillet

- garlic press
Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped chili, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until soft.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, mixing everything together to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
