Ingredients:

  • 200g of spaghetti
  • 300g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small red chili, chopped
  • 50ml of olive oil
  • 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 20g of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • skillet
  • colander
  • tongs
  • garlic press

Instructions:

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped chili, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until soft.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, mixing everything together to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
