Ingredients:
- 400g of boneless chicken breast
- 200g of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 250g of tomato puree
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, lemon juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
- Add the boneless chicken breast pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow marinating for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Once the onion is ready, add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they start to brown.
- Pour in the tomato puree and mix well, letting it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt to taste and cook for an additional 3 minutes, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
