Savory Beef and Mushroom Lettuce Wraps with Coffee Chocolate Drizzle
Ingredients:
- 1 Onion, diced
- 200g of Mushrooms, sliced
- 300g of Beef, minced
- 100g of Ham, diced
- 1 head of Lettuce, leaves separated
- 50ml of Coffee, brewed
- 30g of Dark Chocolate, melted
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Heat the Stove Top and sauté the diced onion until translucent.
- Add the minced beef to the skillet with the onion, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and diced ham, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
- On a serving plate, arrange the lettuce leaves as a base.
- Spoon the beef and mushroom mixture into the lettuce leaves, creating wraps.
- In a small bowl, combine the brewed coffee with the melted dark chocolate until smooth.
- Drizzle the coffee chocolate mixture over the beef and mushroom wraps before serving.
