Savory Bacon and Egg Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 200g of bacon
  • 4 large eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat slightly and crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, sunny-side up or over-easy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • While the eggs are cooking, crumble the cooked bacon on top of the eggs.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
