Quick Garden Salad
Ingredients:
- 100g of mixed greens
- 50g of cherry tomatoes
- 50g of cucumber
- 30g of red onion
- 20ml of olive oil
- 10ml of vinegar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add the mixed greens as a base.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
- Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and add to the salad.
- Thinly slice the red onion and mix it in with the other ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine everything evenly.
