Quick Chicken and Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 200g of Grass Fed Chicken
- 150g of Rice
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions, using the stove top.
- While the rice is cooking, season the grass fed chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour them into the skillet with the chicken, scrambling them together for about 2-3 minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
- Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork and divide it into serving bowls.
- Top each bowl of rice with the chicken and egg mixture, and serve hot.
