Quick Chicken and Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 200g of Grass Fed Chicken
  • 150g of Rice
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions, using the stove top.
  • While the rice is cooking, season the grass fed chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour them into the skillet with the chicken, scrambling them together for about 2-3 minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
  • Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork and divide it into serving bowls.
  • Top each bowl of rice with the chicken and egg mixture, and serve hot.
