Quick and Spicy Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients:
- 150g of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 small corn tortillas
- 50g of shredded cabbage
- 30g of pico de gallo
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Pan
- Spatula
- Cutting Board
- Knife
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the shrimp with smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the hot pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp, shredded cabbage, and pico de gallo onto each tortilla.
- Drizzle lime juice over the tacos before serving.
