Quick and Spicy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 150g of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • 50g of shredded cabbage
  • 30g of pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the shrimp with smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add shrimp to the hot pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp, shredded cabbage, and pico de gallo onto each tortilla.
  • Drizzle lime juice over the tacos before serving.
