Ingredients:

  • 200g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 150g of mussels, cleaned
  • 150g of squid, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 400ml of fish stock
  • 200ml of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Large pot
  • Ladle
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Pour the fish stock into the pot and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the shrimp, mussels, and squid to the pot, along with the paprika.
  • Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through.
  • Add the coconut milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes to heat the coconut milk.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
