Ingredients:
- 200g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 150g of mussels, cleaned
- 150g of squid, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 400ml of fish stock
- 200ml of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour the fish stock into the pot and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp, mussels, and squid to the pot, along with the paprika.
- Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through.
- Add the coconut milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes to heat the coconut milk.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
