Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 100g unsalted butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 100ml heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat the unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat until melted.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until golden brown.

- Mix in the tomato paste, chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt, coating the chicken well.
