Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat the unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat until melted.
  • Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add the diced chicken breast to the pan, stirring until fully cooked.
  • Mix in the tomato paste, chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt, coating the chicken well.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir, cooking for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
