Nutty Oatmeal with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients:
- 50g of rolled oats
- 300ml of almond milk
- 100g of mixed fresh fruits (berries and banana)
- 15g of mixed nuts (walnuts and almonds)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Pot
- Measuring Cups
Instructions:
- In a pot, bring the almond milk to a boil.
- Add the rolled oats to the boiling almond milk and reduce the heat to low.
- Stir the oats and let them simmer for about 5 minutes until they reach the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and let it sit for a minute.
- Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with mixed fresh fruits.
- Sprinkle the mixed nuts over the fruits.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving.
