Nutty Oatmeal with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients:

  • 50g of rolled oats
  • 300ml of almond milk
  • 100g of mixed fresh fruits (berries and banana)
  • 15g of mixed nuts (walnuts and almonds)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Pot
  • Measuring Cups

Instructions:

  • In a pot, bring the almond milk to a boil.
  • Add the rolled oats to the boiling almond milk and reduce the heat to low.
  • Stir the oats and let them simmer for about 5 minutes until they reach the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
  • Once cooked, remove from heat and let it sit for a minute.
  • Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with mixed fresh fruits.
  • Sprinkle the mixed nuts over the fruits.
  • Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving.
