Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 3/4 cup of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- water as needed

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll out each portion into a flat circle with a rolling pin.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for about 1-2 minutes on each side until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm, preferably with a side of curry or your favorite dip.
