Ingredients:
- 200g of crusty cob loaf
- 100g of cream cheese
- 50g of sour cream
- 50g of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving about 1 cm of bread on the sides to hold the shape.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, chives, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the creamy dip mixture, ensuring it is evenly packed.
- Place the filled cob loaf on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and the dip is heated through.
- Serve immediately with the bread pieces you removed from the loaf for dipping.
