Ingredients:

  • 200g of crusty cob loaf
  • 100g of cream cheese
  • 50g of sour cream
  • 50g of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving about 1 cm of bread on the sides to hold the shape.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, chives, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the creamy dip mixture, ensuring it is evenly packed.
  • Place the filled cob loaf on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and the dip is heated through.
  • Serve immediately with the bread pieces you removed from the loaf for dipping.
