Ingredients:
- 200g of fettuccine pasta
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 200ml of heavy cream
- 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned, about 1 minute.
- Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, whisking continuously until it melts and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing well to coat the pasta evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
