Ingredients:

  • 500g of chicken breast, cubed
  • 100g of unsalted butter
  • 200g of onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
  • 200g of tomato sauce
  • 100ml of heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons of garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter. Once it melts, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Add the cubed chicken breast to the skillet, stirring well to coat with the butter and onion mixture.
  • Sprinkle in the garam masala, turmeric, and salt. Cook the chicken until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the tomato sauce and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, allowing it to cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, mixing until well combined and the sauce is creamy and rich.
  • Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
