Ingredients:
- 500g of chicken breast, cubed
- 100g of unsalted butter
- 200g of onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 200g of tomato sauce
- 100ml of heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter. Once it melts, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
